VPC-SA-BV Valve Pilot Controller

Single-acting pressure control system utilized in tandem with single acting pneumatic control valves.

Features:

  • Variable output pressure for regulating applications
  • “BV” type internal logic ensures ZERO emissions at steady state, full open and full closed valve positions
  • Compatible with most “spring & piston” and “spring & diaphragm” actuators
  • Pressure setpoints to 1500 psig

VPC-SA-BV-ID Valve Pilot Controller

Single-acting pressure control system utilized in tandem with single acting pneumatic control valves.  High Performance “ID” function provides maximum performance for demanding applications such as power plant fuel gas feed and pneumatic positioner loading.

Double-acting pressure control system utilized in tandem with double acting pneumatic control valves. Eliminates need for positioner by direct loading to piston style pneumatic actuators.

  • “BV” internal logic ensures LOW emissions at steady state
  • Addition of NVD ensures ZERO emissions at full open and full closed valve positions
  • Compatible with most double acting actuators <950 in3
  • Pressure setpoints to 1500 psig
  • Supply Pressure to 400 psig

Applications:

  • Standard Pipeline Pressure Control (> 1.0 mile adjacent pipe)

VPC-DA-SN Valve Pilot Controller

Double-acting pressure control system utilized in tandem with double acting pneumatic control valves. Eliminates need for positioner by direct loading to piston style pneumatic actuators.

VGP Valve Gas Positioners

The VGP Valve Gas Positioner is a pneumatic valve positioner ideally suited for installation on pneumatic control valves for natural gas applications.  The VGP is available in high capacity, high pressure design and features low or ZERO emissions capability in steady state. The VGP may be supplied on VRG control valves or easily retrofit to existing pneumatic control valves.

  • Compatible with many pneumatic valve actuators
  • 3-15 psig, 6-30 psig or Split Range Signal Loading
  • Supply Pressure to 400 psig
  • Addition of NVD ensures ZERO emissions at full open and full closed valve positions for DA versions

VPC-SA-BV-REG Remote Set Regulator

The VPC-SA-BV-REG or “VPC-REG” is a zero steady state emission, precision remote set regulator. Remote Set Regulators are transducer devices that use an electrical input signal to set the level of a pneumatic output signal. Depending on the configuration, the electrical input may be either an analog or discrete signal. Analog model input signal may be configured for a 1-5 V dc or 4-20 mA dc signal. Discrete model input may be configured to accept a continuous or pulse incremental ac or dc signal. The “VPC-REG” provides a pneumatic output to drive pneumatic positioners or single acting control valve actuators via a proportional pneumatic output. The “VPC-REG” is available in a variety of input signals and output pressure ranges.
